What is Scope by Chel?
Scope by Chel focuses on creative consulting and experiential design for hospitality brands and properties alongside itinerary design and concierge-style planning for Napa lovers near and far.
Over time, guests, partners and brands began asking for experiences beyond a traditional tour— Not just where to go—but how it should feel. From Mahjong mixers to lessons. Group lunches in a vineyard. Hidden escape rooms tucked inside tasting lounges. Scope exists to shape those experiences thoughtfully, from the first idea to the final impression.

Experience Design/
Micro Events
Experience-led gatherings designed for connection and participation. We create and host intimate micro events—from social game experiences, Mahjong 101 lessons, team-building and private dining activations.
Think, thoughtfully paced and tailored to how guests will engage, connect and remember an experience.
Itinerary Design/ Concierge Planning
Personalized itinerary planning including scheduling, dining, tastings and special moments along the way.
Scope supports guests who want a more thoughtful, concierge-style approach without the pressure of planning themselves.
Creative Direction/ Concepts
Experience-led ideas paired with select social media strategy, for wineries, brands and partners.
This includes developing custom on-property activations and concept-driven experiences rooted in how a guest moves through and remembers the experience, from first touchpoint to final impression.
